The reductions in but that, which sound like bt tht (with really short vowel sounds) because they’re unimportant function words.
The stress in the word purpose PURpose, which I often correct in students because they tend to put more stress on the second syllable purPOSE. If you’re expecting to hear purPOSE, hearing the correct pronunciation PURpose might cause a problem.
The connection in the tag question is it, which is pronounced like one word izit.
