Today is International Chocolate Day! 🍫🍫🍫
….well, so the US says. We celebrate it on Milton S. Hershey’s birthday, September 11th. (In Europe, they celebrate on July 7th to commemorate when chocolate was introduced there from the New World.)
In any case, I recorded a video talking about the pronunciation of chocolate. Do you pronounce it with two syllables or three?
More importantly - will you understand it when you hear it pronounced with only two syllables (and with a reduced second syllable)?
